Eric Fay

 

As an inhouse financial services consultant Eric works with senior management to identify, develop and implement improvement opportunities. He has practiced his skills in banking, insurance, financial software and now asset management (currently with Franklin Templeton Investments). He works remotely with teams around the globe. Before going into consulting, Eric worked in banking and held senior management positions at Bank of America (Polska) S.A. and Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A.

 

Eric completed his Master's at Harvard in 1988 in Russian and East European Area Studies at the Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies. He is also a graduate of the University of Virginia (B.A. in Russian Studies) and, more recently, Oxford University (Executive MBA from the Said Business School).

 

Eric came to work and live in Poland in 1993. He has also lived in the US, Germany, France, the UK and Austria. He tries to get back as often as possible to Berkeley, California, where he grew up. Eric lives with his wife Krysia in Sadyba (Warsaw) and has three daughters, 18, 23 and 25. He enjoys jogging, biking and swimming. He is an avid learner of foreign languages: in addition to English and Polish, he also speaks fluent French and German and has been refreshing his Russian.



 

 

Robert L. Koński

Since July 2022, Executive Vice President of Figene Capital, an integrated renewable energy company listed on the Warsaw New Connect Market.


Prior to joining Figene Capital from March 2020, Robert was a Partner and CEO of Five Rand, a lobbying and PR firm. Before that Robert Koński was the Chief Executive Officer and President and a Director of Toronto (TSXV) listed Rathdowney Resources Limited, a Canadian mineral exploration and development company aimed at developing a zinc and lead project in Southern Poland (Project OLZA). He joined Rathdowney in 2012.

 

Until the end of 2013 Robert had been an advisor to the CEO of the Polish Energy Group (Polska Grupa Energetyczna), the largest utility in Poland, working among other things on

new technologies in the nuclear energy space (SMRs).

 

From June 2008 to February 2012 Robert had worked in senior management positions for Kulczyk Holding, an international investment company established in 1991 which belongs to the Kulczyk family. 

 

From 2002 to 2008, he was the Country Manager and later Regional Director of Euronet Worldwide, Inc. provider of secure electronic financial transaction solutions. During this time Poland became the most successful market for Euronet. Prior to that, Robert spent five years working in executive search, most recently as a partner with Horton International and worked in the New York and Warsaw offices of Egon Zehnder. From 1995 to 1997, Robert was a manager at Investment Bank Austria AG. From 1990 to 1995, he was the US Treasury Advisor to the Minister of Finance. He started his professional life in 1988 in the Law firm of Conley & Hodge in Boston, Massachusetts.

 

Robert holds a B.A. in International Relations from Tufts University, and an M.P.A. from the JFK School of Government at Harvard University. He is married to Anna Bielewicz (lawyer) and has two daughters.



 

 

Arkadiusz Krasowski

Independent investor, member of supervisory boards, and mentor. Ex-Big4 partner with 24-years of experience in professional services; former head of audit and assurance services for financial institutions in Poland. HCoP Supervisory Board member since 2020; member of the ‘Droga na Harvard’ team since 2015 (serving as juror and mentor). Avid runner, swimmer, and skier. Proud father of three children.



 

 

Dariusz Mioduski 

 

Dariusz Mioduski is the Chairman of Radwan Investments, his “family office” investment holding company, which focuses on creating deals and investment opportunities particularly in the areas of sport, entertainment, lifestyle, technology, and real estate and infrastructure development and services. 

 

Since 2017 Dariusz Mioduski is the 100% owner and President of Legia Warszawa Football Club. He is very active in various international bodies in football. He is a Vice-Chairman at the European Club Association (ECA), a Member of the Board of Administration of UEFA Club Competitions SA (UCC SA) and a Vice Chairman of the UEFA’s Club Competitions Committee which oversee and commercialize among other, the Champions League. He also serves as a Member of the International Council of Arbitration for Sports (ICAS), a Member of the Atlantic Council’s International Board of Directors and as the Advisor to the President of the Polish Football Federation. 

 

From 2007 to 2013, he was the CEO and President of the Board of Kulczyk Investments, the largest private investment house in Poland. Between 1997 and 2007, he was a Partner at CMS Cameron McKenna in London, focusing on energy and infrastructure sectors and between 1990 and 1997, he was an associate in the New York, Houston and Warsaw offices of U.S. law firms, White & Case and Vinson & Elkins.

 

He holds a Juris Doctor degree (1990) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree (1987) from the University of St. Thomas in Houston.



 

 

Artur Zawadowski

 

Since 2020, Artur has been running an individual advisory practice. In 2017-2019 he cooperated with the LSW law firm. In the years 1999-2017 he was associated with Weil, Gotshal & Manges, where from 2006 he was a partner and head of the financing and restructuring department. In the years 1994-1999 he worked at Hogan & Hartson.


He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 1995. He graduated from Harvard University Law School in 1999. He studied law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Utrecht and at the Centre for English Law at the University of Warsaw. He completed the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School in 2018.


He participated in doctoral studies at the Department of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 1994-1996. He lectured at the Executive MBA and International MBA at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School in 2005-2010. He also lectured at the Lesław A. Paga Academy of Capital Market Leaders and for judges on bankruptcy law commissioned by the Minister of Justice in 2003. He was an arbitrator in proceedings before the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce.


Involved in the educational initiative Constitutional Week. In 2011, he was a member of the Program Council of the Property Law Clinic of the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights. He received distinctions in the Pro Bono Lawyer 2006 and Benefactor of the Year competition.


He is a member of the Harvard Club of Poland. He is a member of the board of the Klub Gaja Association.
